Our Manufacturing units in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, this place is known for its artisan & handmade products. Special beautiful designs on wooden furniture. And wooden furniture in our locality is unique in terms of its grains, knots, and may have some variation from product to product due to made by hands. We have selected a location in Jodhpur to get this art & craft alive. We strongly support artisans and their families, and also invite a new generation into this field.
1. ORDER
Once you place an order, if there are any changes to the existing design, a mock-up/ sketch will be sent to your for approval prior to the production process. Once approved the item is sent to our production team. If you want to change any aspect of your order, it can be done at this stage as well.
2. PRODUCTION
On the production line, our team will use A-grade raw materials to put the item together as per your specifications. The item is handcrafted with attention to detail. We are currently working with timber, iron, leather, fabric, bone, resin, and mother of pearl materials. After the raw frame is ready, the item is finished with a color/ stain of your choice prior to being sealed off.
3. QUALITY
Special attention is paid to quality and each item is photographed professionally prior to being shipped. You will receive photos of your item prior to dispatch from India and if you are not pleased or if there are any errors in the final finish, changes can be made at this stage. The items are measured and checked against the specs of your initial order prior to packaging.
4. DISPATCH
After your approval, the item is dispatched from our factory in India on our next shipment run. The shipping time varies depending on the shipping line schedule. Our team will keep you updated on the progress of your order’s arrival and once it arrives at our distribution center, it will be shipped to you, and tracking details will be updated. Once received you have 30 days to return the item if it does not meet your expectations.
